Complete repairs, renovations and alterations
No CLO was required but ARC used its initiative to employ the local labour and to alleviate some unemployment in the community for the duration of the project. Proper H&S procedures as well as Aids awareness programmes were followed to ensure the safe working environment for all individuals.
